I am 6 months pregnant and bought this product for the collagen. Although there is no indication in the product description or on the front of the bottle that this product contains ingredients beyond collagen, I was dismayed to find when I read the small print that it contains other herbs including Ashwaganda, which can induce abortion in pregnant women. Memorial Sloan Kettering for one advises that pregnant women absolutely should not take Ashwaganda, because it can induce abortion. It is not only deceptive but dangerous that the labeling and product description for this project do not make clear that this is not only collagen but an herbal supplement. The warning on the bottle is even the generic warning for dietary supplements. This is unacceptable.
