Bought this as an alternative to the cheap pans I've used over the years. After only a week or two, stuff is completely stuck on it. Won't come off with soaking or scrubbing of any kind. Save your money! Get something else. I've been pretty happy with the Ecolution pans sold here on Amazon. Though they don't come with lids (that would have been a big plus for this GreenPan), buying the separate lid comes out to about the same price.
