If these are indeed from Hanes, then their quality has dropped immensely. First, they are supposed to be 100% cotton. Although the solids are, the stripes are not. They are polyester and a very poor quality cotton. I washed them in cold water as instructed prior to wearing them. They dried in a very low dryer as suggested. When I took they out of the dryer, it was like handling gauze and they were all misshaped as well. I am not sending them back ;however, I will not be buying any more clothing from Amazon. It isn't worth it. No more Hanes either. Buyer beware.
