I bought this backpack for school (beauty school) and it was supposed to carry one textbook, my laptop and some notebooks. It has great storage for other things but two weeking into using it the strap snapped from the top . I bought it in March and with the shut down wasnt utilizing it until the fall. Cant return it or anything. I may try to sew it and see if i can make it work but very disappointed in it. It had great potential. UPDATE: company also contacted me and offered me an Amazon gift card to remove this review. Wasn't even enough to replace the broken bag. Sorry but this isn't quality and y'all should know.
