First, when trying to set up my Fire Stick with my tv using this cable, I received a message that there was insufficient USB power detected. The note that came with this cord said this was possible, and that the message could safely be ignored. To some extent this may be true...I could in fact operate the fire stick without any issues...until I turned the tv off. Upon restarting the app, all passwords I had entered were forgotten. This is a huge pain. It seems this is a result of the fire stick being provided inadequate power. Additionally, the company has the nerve to offer a $5 rebate IF you leave a 5 star review. Shady is an understatement...trying to buy good reviews. Buyer beware.
