So far this thing has amazed me. I run a 4 way spigot off of a freeze proof well pipe and I can keep the hose to the trough pressurized, with this thing on, and it prevents freezing. I was very skeptical, but this thing as met and exceeded expectations so far. Now, for the duration test...how long will it last? Till then, 5 stars. UPDATE: After only a few months of use, with a very mild winter, the product has completely failed. Water just runs out of it all around the metal tip that used to only drip water when temperatures were near freezing. It did work fine at first, but now it does absolutely nothing its intended to do.
