I took NR from a different company, Elysium, but same chemical product. I have my liver enzymes checked every single year. Last year I took NR and had my liver enzymes checked every month for 6 months. With NR, my liver enzymes were 3 times what is considered normal, the numbers were identical to someone who has fatty liver disease, which I do not have. I've been vegetarian for 10 years, a nutritionist, and an author. I also train Jiu-jitsu and yoga. My recommendation is to not take NR, due to the way it robs your body of methyl groups that are there to support liver health. NR requires methyl groups in order to convert it into NMN. My recommendation is not to take NR.
