Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was so excited for this mop because I have two dogs and an 8 year old. However, I think because this tiny gasket is squished and melted, it doesn't work at all except as a crappy vaccum which is not why I ordered it. I will update if they fix this issue but this is why I should stick to brands I know and trust. UPDATE: this company did nothing to fix the problem and they keep emailing me to take down my review for $10-30 refund. They said they would keep emailing until I took down my review. To me, this is not helpful for a $230+ item and also dishonest to take down the review--though I would have updated it positively if they had fixed the issue.
