This must have been an impulse buy. I always read the reviews, but I skipped it on this purchase. At first, it seemed like only one of the two were defective. The seller promptly shipped me a replacement (nice work). But then they both failed and then damaged the base blender unit irreparably! As stated in other reviews the rubber/plastic piece that connects to the base is probably off by a few millimeters - enough to shred the bottom side of the blades. At this point, they damage the drive piece in the base - making it useless. So it's not like I only wasted the $4 on these blades - I have to buy a whole new Magic Bullet blender! You can see that the replacement blades are bigger than the original, which indicates it wasn't built to six sigma standards. It's as if they said, "eh, close enough!" I can rant about this for many more words, but do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY THESE!!!!
