Very time consuming to keep track of this item. You buy it, they send you an email but without identifying the item it applies to. So, a year down the road and after buying several of these, you have no idea which protection plan covers what!!! Total confusion!!! It would be real simple if they would identify the item in the email for future reference. That would be much better for the customer......
