Horrible company / staff
When I bought my 1st Ring device in Sept 2019, I selected their product after a lengthy comparison and they had the longest FREE time to review video clips. Now that I’ve had the product for over a year and purchased several more items from them, they altered the terms, and you must have a subscription to view anything but live video.
