I saw a coupon on this and decided to give it a shot since I previously tried the Betop version and it didn’t work with my Surface Pro. I guess the money I saved on the coupon was passed on to the package, as it showed up in a ziplock bag with a sticker on it. Not even a cheap cord wrap, just a twistie-tie. I was optimistic that it would work initially, as my USB-C tester showed that a 15V current was being drawn after connecting to my wall charger, but it stopped as soon as I plugged it into my Surface! Total bummer. I tried 2 different chargers that support 45W (15V/3A) but got the same result. I double-checked their specs and confirmed that I was using a compatible charger. No customer support number or instructions, so I guess this one’s gotta go back in the ziplock bag.
