Buyer beware - you don't want to make your kitten sick!
CAUTION!!!! I first bought this food at PetSmart and since then was buying it off Amazon.... i'm not saying that my complaint is against Amazon I'm saying it's the company making the product.... like i got a BAD blend!!! So my kitten/cat is now 6 months old and since we 1st bought this food he has been fine - then with this last order we started noticing he just wasn't himself, wasn't as playful, slept more, then on NYE we got home at 9am and he didn't get up to greet us we checked the house and found his groggy and sleeping... then put it together that he also wasn't peeing as much and then the next morning and the next few days he had diarrhea and then no urination. So we took him to the vet and she said OMG I've never seen a 6month old kitten with the amount of crystals that he has! So now he is on a special prescription urinary food, between the vet bills, medicine and cost of the special food i would say we are easily $400-$500 in... all because of this food. And i say it's this "batch" of food because i gave it to my brother for his cat who is 1.5yrs old, my brother just had to rush his cat to the vet this morning due to blood in his urine and he has messaged my mom and i a few days ago saying his cat just isn't right at all, not playing and doing a lot of crying. He just got the call from his vet (who is different location than my vet) and the vet said the same OMG i can't believe the amount of crystals in the urine!! And now also my brothers cat needs to be put on a special food and meds to clear it up. These are both male cats, mine came from Eastham and my brothers cat who is older came from outside Boston area and aren't related. Only thing they have in common is this food!
