After all the glowing reviews, I got these for my brother. A few days later, he started to complain about pain where his liver is. We had no idea what this was. We had to go to the hospital and after being interviewed several times, we realized that these vitamins were the only thing that was different. It turns out my brother was having a rare reaction to these. If you read several of the reviews you will see that some people had trouble with this medication, so I am not saying that it does not work. I am saying be careful and consult a doctor before using it.
