Bought this phone for my 90 year old mother. Thought it would be great if she could just say "Alexa please call ____" once her contacts were entered into the phone but NO. The feature will only work when calling someone who has Echo/Alexa AND has activated Alexa to Alexa calls on their device. Otherwise it is basically an overpriced wireless phone. Also the only way to add contacts to the phone is via the Alexa app and when you try to do that the first thing that pops up is "verify your phone number" by entering your number and wait for a confirmation code to enter via text message. HEY! DUMMIES! This is a landline phone - NO TEXT MESSAGES! All in all pretty much worthless.
