So they advertise the product with a removable cover, which made me feel way better about getting this product. I have multiple children that i live with, with a history of breathing problems, and one of them had a small spill on the bed, just a small one. To prevent deep stains in the actual mattress, i started to unzip the cover thinking i could wash it, looked at the tag and saw "Fiberglass" and on another tag "DO NOT REMOVE COVER". So, of course there's fiberglass everywhere from just slightly opening the zipper. there aren't many fibers everywhere, but they're without a doubt floating in my bedroom. but hopefully with some quick thinking, and minimal disturbance of the mattress, putting the cover back on, and running multiple air purifiers, i'll be able to quickly rid myself of the issue. I'm removing this mattress from my house and DEMAND A REFUND! Amazon is selling this product under the false pretense that the cover is removable and it absolutely IS NOT! I would give this mattress a zero star rating if i could for that reason alone, false advertisement should be a crime. Harming my family's health is beyond infuriating to me. As my 2 month old daughter sleeps in the room with me. I refuse to donate this health hazard to ANYONE, so i hope they don't try to make me do that in order to get my money back. This is a dangerous piece of trash.
