I bought the 4411, and it broke within the first hour of my sewing with it. Singer wanted me to drive it or send it at my expense to their service center 5 hours away. Luckily, the store I bought it from exchanged it for a new one, and it too broke soon after. I wrote two honest reviews on the Singer website, and neither were published. Be aware that if you buy a Singer machine and it is a lemon, they will not stand behind their product.
