I used this mitt 3 times. I was a brand new customer to CG and recently purchased over $300 of their products. I contacted CG about the fact that this mitt was defective and that it was coming apart at the seams. They told me they only had a 30 day warranty!! Since it was 2 months old they wouldn’t replace a mitt that is $7 for a customer that didn’t cause the problem. Don’t bother wasting your money with this company. They are a sham! I have received better customer service from Walmart. When I have had a problem with products purchased from them they have taken care of me and exchanged the defective for me. I didn’t want my money back for the wash mitt. I just wanted the quality I thought I was getting and deserve.
