These are not really biodegradable. If you look at the fine print below the tree, it states that these bags are only 49% biodegradable under non-typical conditions and show no further decomposition after 900 days. That means that after almost three years of intentionally trying to break down these bags, they were only able to break them down half way. The vendor didn’t outright lie about the product, but the description is misleading. I’m disappointed, especially now that I have a 100 bags that I don’t feel good about using but also don’t want to throw out.
