I bought a Ring Doorbell Pro and a Ring Chime, and I've spent 3 days trying to get the Ring chime to work & stay working. While talking to Ring support they told me to turn my phone's bluetooth off and disconnect any wireless printers when setting up the Chime. Doing that did allow me to get the Chime connected and working. However, as soon as I either plugged the printer back in or turned the bluetooth on my phone back on, the Ring Chime would disconnect, start flashing, and not work. This means that if someone presses my Ring Doorbell, there is NO CHIME. Annoying situation as I now have to get a new doorbell chime that I can hardwire to the doorbell. Until that happens, I have a note on my doorbell that says "broken, please knock."
