Solar Blanket Deteriorates and Blue Wave Charges Almost the Full Price of the Item to Replace Under their Warranty
The product worked fine for about 6 months and then started to deteriorate. The plastic bubbles fell apart and came off like scales on a fish. When I asked Blue Wave about the warranty and sent them pictures and proof of purchase they said they would replace it but that I was responsible for the prorated amount of $42.68 and also responsible for the shipping amount of $20.15. That totals $62.83 even though the item sells for $66.31 on Amazon. I won't be buying any more Blue Wave products.
