This bulky piece of junk is horrible. The timer stopped working and basically ran for four hours on 2 pieces of chicken. My house smells absolutely morbid, the machine itself is blackened. However, this isn't the first time I have had issues with this machine. You literally have to babysit it or it will burn everything. Trying to dehydrate is yet another joke. I spent a lot of money create the batter for my own dog treats and this thing just ruined everything. They were all either over cooked or appeared cooked and crunchy but left my biscuits moist inside. Great concept, that's why I bought it, but it doesn't live up to the reviews or manufactuer promises. I want a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
