I'm disappointed that no solar panel adapter-cables come with the unit. Online reviews show two adapter-cables included, but not if you purchase the 2000 Pro alone. My older Jackery 60W panel will not even work with the Jackery 2000 because of the power input plug size. I'm changing my review from five stars to two. Yes, the legalize does not include the adapters with the single unit. In my opinion the Jackery ads are deceptive, especially when watching the reviews by some of the YouTubers who received units to post reviews. Really a disappointment that Jackery did not include two adapter cables with such an expensive item. Their rush to make their solar panels proprietary and making the 2000's plugs size DC8020 instead DC7909 is a real insult to Jackery customers and should be a red flag to potential 2000 Pro buyers. I may never purchase a Jackery product again (I purchased the 240, 300, 500 and 1000) because of their disloyalty to their customers. In the case of the 2000 Pro I did not get all that I paid for.
