Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I used this two times, third time, it would not turn the blade. I went to return it, and says the return expired--after only three months! Then, I read the one-star reviews and realized I fell into that category. The reviewers said it cost $10 to return, and another $10 for a new one to be shipped out. Very disappointing, as I trust Cuisinart as a brand, but not so much anymore... That was an awfully expensive 2 quarts of ice cream!!
