Its been a while since I submitted a video. I couldn't pass this one up. Twice, I received this air conditioner. Both, had the same problem. Two separate reasons given by Honeywell tech support. The first one blames shipping the other blames my wall to wall carpeting. If shipping and carpeting can cause this problem then this air conditioner is too delicate and unstable for me. Defect: It rattles badly on the top. I purchased this because I was convinced it would be reasonably quiet. It wasn't too bad with the noise level of the compressor only, on both low and high speeds. But, with the rattling it was unbearable. No more Honeywell for me. See and listen to my video and judge for yourself.
