I've bought this product thinking of brand and design quality, but I was wrong. First that these knifes are not as sharp I expected, but this is a subjective analysis, the real problem is the objective analysis. After some use I realize that the process or material used at the knifes and scissors are not well done, it may be results some precipitations among the steel grain (crome matriz), creating depleted potential zones, that means, when you wash your STAINLESS STEEL knife or scissor with plain water and leave to dry if will create a corrosion and rust. But the worst if the scissors, the rust take place in all central part and almost block the movement- see the photo. I've contacted the support hoping for a solution, and the cuisinarte answered very fast. "Thank you for your response. We do apologize for that. You can try to clean the rust off by using lemon juice or even baking soda." I've not believe what I have read. And asked again for real solutions, and receive another answer. "We apologize for the problem you encountered with your shears. Unfortunately rusting would not be something we can cover. " Conclusion: this company are not playing well, and are leaving theirs clients only with some lemons on his eyes. I'll not buy any other product from this brand, I hope you not.
