I gave this a shot after reading the reviews; however, this didn't work for me. I'm just a little nervous in general, and needed something to keep calm. I stopped taking it after a week because it caused sever anger in me. I have never felt that angry my whole life! I also noticed being very snappy when I was taking this supplement. It's not for everyone but won't hurt to try.
