After having iced tea at a restaurant that didn't offer lemon, I went looking for a product that I could carry in my purse along with my favorite sweetener packs. I found this and immediately ordered it. It's exactly what I was looking for. It actually contains more fresh, lemony flavor than a lot of lemon wedges I've had. It's so convenient and tasty that I have found many uses for it other than just iced tea. I will be keeping this on hand all of the time. UPDATE: I originally reviewed this in March 2011. Since then I had been buying it by the box of 500 packets. The last box I just ordered in August 2013. I noticed when I started using these new packets that they tasted different. Artificial tasting, too sour and totally lacking the fresh lemon flavor. Upon checking the ingredients I discovered the formula has changed. Malic acid has now been added and is the second ingredient and real lemon further down the list. These taste really awful now and I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the 495 packets I have left in the box!
