When my product arrived, there was a yellow sticker seal on the package that said if it was broken to not place it back into inventory. Well, it was broken. I open the box and find that the power cable wasn't in its intended packaging either. I'm pretty desperate right now to get my fruit fly situation under control so despite all this, I put everything together intuitively because I couldn't find an instruction manual. It's been a few days now and so far as I can tell, it's not been very effective in catching anything. The cup of apple vinegar and dish detergent off to the side of it has had much better luck. I'm pretty disappointed in how this item arrived.
