I purchased these specifically to use to serve melted butter in for things like asparagus, crab, lobster etc. Today I put one with butter that was left out overnight (room temperature) and set the microwave oven to high for 15 seconds. At 12 seconds the ramekin broke in half. I suppose now it's just a matter of time till the others do the same. I will not be buying these again, I'll look elsewhere for other brands
