1. The "drivers" for this device are malware. They include a keystroke monitor (for grabbing usernames and passwords) and they also mine your drive for any PIO and send it back to China. 2. The computer that I installed this on suddenly took a performance nosedive after the driver was installed. The drivers ran all the time and liked to increase the memory used until the system locked - either malware or a bad memory leak. 3. It couldn't connect to any of my bluetooth devices - not my speakers, headphone or earbuds. It wanted to connect to my phone via bluetooth, I guess to complete the data mining and other malicious tasks on the phone too. 4. There is no technical support of any kind. It is not "plug and play" as advertised. The card says to go to a website and use an involved process to install the "driver" Conclusion - The driver for this device wanted full access to everything on the computer - and that's a characteristic of malware used for identity and credit theft. The goal of the seller seems to be to get your id's, accounts and passwords plus any other information and send it back to the mothership, and it just doesn't work properly.
