Product is faulty build inside out. Tile admits quotes " I have checked the video and we do really apologize for this. I will be forwarding the video to our team so they can be able to see it and have it check as well on why this kind of Tile was able to pass our quality inspection. " But because I am outside of the US they can not change it.
