Started rusting two weeks after purchase. I followed instructions and applied two coats of Rustoleum (hence, the color difference in the attached pictures.) Why did the supplier not seal the holes in the framing pipes? Water got into the pipes and now the rusty water is a mess. This is supposed to be an outdoor apparatus but it appears that its survival will be short-lived. The wheels are a mess with rusty water and my flagstones are stained thanks to a poorly designed, flawed manufacturing job. UPDATE: As of 03/2020 the wheels no longer turn. Bearings have rusted and are locked. Thanks a bunch, China.
