I have been using this product for 10+ years and went nuts when I couldn't find it any any of my local stores. Went online to see they revised the formula and the box design (of course) which is why it was out of stock. Accidentally ran long with the application at 28 minutes, which was a good thing in the end. DOES NOT AT ALL BEGIN TO COLOR GRAYS! I am so disappointed and my roots are only halfway colored. Seriously look ridiculous, like I have no clue how to color. This was the only product I used for so many years and I got so many people inquiring about my color. Not amymore. What a shame!
