so I bought this item(green bottle not shown) at once at the beginning of September when back pain started happening busted on second use At the bottom of the bag. I reordered and the second blue bottle after using it for 9 weeks it busted in the connector piece. So I reorder this because that second one was my life saver because rat 28 weeks my lower back is pinching. I received the third bottle Wednesday 11/21/2018 blue just like before I fill it with water it busts(at the bottom where the original green one busted) and my fingers got burnt by boiling water! Amazon said there is nothing for them to do and will not refund this items. I will not recommend this item! Be safe!
