I do think revitalash works because I have used it before and seen results. However, my old tube expired and after a while I noticed that my eyes were really bloodshot whenever I would use it. I decided to buy a new tube to see if it would be better. In my research, I read about revitalash resellers selling expired products. Because I was nervous about this possibility, I decided to purchase on Amazon instead of eBay - where I bought last time. I figured amazon would have reputable sellers. I was wrong. When my revitalash arrived, I immediately checked the expiration date. (I knew where to look bc of my previous purchase.). Imagine my surprise when there was no expiration. Then, when I looked closer, I could see where there was leftover ink on the edge of the tube trapped in the shrinkwrap packaging! The expiration date had been removed. Not wanting to take any chances, I contacted seller for a return/exchange. They never responded. After one month, THEY closed the request saying the issue had been resolved. How dishonest!!! Amazon should consider that when they are the host to these dishonest businesses, it reflects poorly on them as well. I would NEVER purchase something from Java Beauty. And I have realized that buying through Amazon does not necessarily mean buying quality like I thought it did.
