Fan is just over a month old, all of a sudden it gave a very high pitched creaking noise and it was unplugged right away, after about an hour it was plugged back in but it does not turn at all, completely dead. Called their toll-free #, lady who answered did not want to listen to anything I was saying and it was transferred and answered by voicemail from "Jason" saying he's busy blah blah blah, I left my#. No need to say I'm extremely unhappy with this, spent more than $50, I had many choices in that range, but bought this based on nice description and reviews given here. I'm just out of returnable period, I'll keep everyone posted what happens so at least others can avoid getting into this situation.
