Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I ordered this item just recently. I have tried goji berries from several brands both organic and not organic, and I purchased this item partially due to the positive reviews on Amazon. The item arrived and I am having a very different experience than the other reviewers here. The berries are mostly very dry and crunchy, and not it a good way. They definitely taste too dried out and are not chewy at all like most goji berries I have had. I also noticed that the label I have is slightly different than what is pictured above. The serving size above shows as 1 ounce but the label I received shows as serving size is 1 gram. Additionally the label kinda looks like it was just inkjet printed. Not really sure what is going on here, I tried to contact the company via the email address posted on their own website and it came back undeliverable. I was really hoping they would rectify it as I now have 2 pounds of stale cruncy gojis.
