As of 1/2/19, the Product Description states: "These are not the pillowcases with Zippers ." (I uploaded a screenshot in case the seller decides to change the text after the fact). Yes, the pillowcase I received had a zipper. The narrow zipper opening made it VERY difficult to put on the pillow. I gave up after I got about 1/4 of the pillow on it. And honestly, I don't think it would have mattered because the pillowcase is shorter than the 54 inch pillow I bought (a 54in pillowcase should be LARGER than 54 inches by design because the 54 inches should be referring to the size of the pillow). THEN I found out I can't return it! On My Orders page, it says "This item isn't eligible for return". When I click on the "SEE RETURN POLICY" button just below this message, it takes me to Amazon's general "About Our Returns Policies" page. There's nothing on here about pillow cases not being returnable. I will be following up with Amazon about this. EDIT: Amazon chat rep said the item is of such a low dollar amount it’s not worth it for them to process a return, so they gave me a refund instead. Be sure to contact them if you want a refund, but be sure to let them know about the poor product quality and misleading description when you do! Let’s save other people the time and hassle.
