I purchased this based on a friends recommendation. I've been dealing with digestive issues for awhile. I was taking it as directed for about week. About day 9 my belly started to feel bloated even though I hadn't eaten anything that would cause bloating. The next night I awoke in the middle of the night with severe intestinal pain. I actually laid there and contemplated a visit to the ER. By morning the pain had stopped but I remained bloated for several more days. The other issue was the endless mind chatter at night. I couldn't get my mind to turn off and I'd toss and turn all night. I've stopped taking RESTORE and my sleep has returned to normal and the bloating/pain has stopped as well. I don't trust this product enough to reduce the dosage and try again. I'm returning it.
