Purchased two of these bottles for a recent trip to Europe with my daughter - I knew we'd be doing a lot of walking while sight seeing and wanted to make sure we could keep water with us but in a small cross body purse. The flat design is a superb idea, especially with the multiple sizes - although the mouth of the bottle being at the end feels very weird while holding it. When they arrived I was pretty excited because the packaging was so pretty - however, the packaging is basically where all the money goes into this product because the product itself is so godawful. The plastic feels cheap, looks cheap, nothing about this product feels premium except the packaging which is very pretty, and the two caps are a nice touch. They don't stand up on their own (which I knew from reviews but it's ungodly inconvenient), the seams on the bottle look cheap and the FIRST and only time my daughter dropped hers (she's a minuscule thing, very short and close to the ground, so it wasn't like it had far to go), it completely cracked open and just started pouring water everywhere. Very frustrating situation, as my daughter was completely soaked after picking it up - on a cold fall day in England no less. For this price point you'd expect it to at least survive a couple of small drops - but nope. Waste of nearly $30 (And I can't believe I bought two of them!). Mine is now sitting in the cupboard and will likely never be used again as I'm so perturbed by the situation and who'd want to risk breaking the darn thing? They really shouldn't be selling anymore of these until they get the quality in check. I'd rather have had a great quality water bottle in simple packaging then what I got.
