I've purchased these for a long time before they changed the bag recently - don't care about the bag - THE TREATS ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. My 2 Chow Chows loved these now the stuff is dried out and snaps like a twig IF you can snap them. So dang hard even my kitchen shears couldn't cut through and those shears cut through gristle and thin bones. I purchased 2 bags to have one on hand and thought maybe the first bag was just dried out so I opened the 2nd bag and it's just as bad!! I even soaked 3 pieces in plain water to see if they would rehydrate a little, but no luck. These are like slabs of wood. I won't give to my Chows!!! NOW I SEE THESE ARE NOT RETURNABLE TO AMAZON!!! SO I'M OUT $60+ and am NOT HAPPY about that either. WHY DOESN'T AMAZON PUT A CLEAR WARNING ON ITEMS THAT THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED!! I would appreciate contact from the manufacturer or seller through Amazon. This in NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
