I was deciding between this book and "Stories for 2 year olds by Ewa Lipniacka". Based on a review on the other product i leaned towards purchasing this book. Plus it appears to include more stories or at least that is what i assumed by the page count. I tried multiple times to figure out how many stories were actually included in this book before purchasing it. Since neither an Amazon rep, nor anyone who bought it, could tell me, i just bought it anyhow. The book only includes 3 actual stories (Goldilocks and the 3 bears, Muddypaw's new friends, the three little pigs). It has one "story" called I Love you when, but its only a few sentences spread among 10 pages. The rest of the book is very short nursery rhyme type things, most not even 2-3 sentences long. As I was looking for a book with multiple stories in it to read to my 2 year old before bed, I was very disappointed in this purchase. I was also frustrated that i had to buy the book to find out what was in it (I had even looked at the manufacture's website for information). I dont even like the stories that are included in this book. I actually went to return this book and purchase "stories for 2 year olds" instead. I am very happy with that purchase. Has great pictures and ~7 stories in it just the right length for before bed reading. Dont waste your money buying this book. Side note: When I went to return this book, the amazon rep was very nice and actually refunded my money and didn't even require me to send the book back because of my dissatisfaction. and even though i dont like the book it was still nice to not have to chase around to ship it back.
