If only I could give 0 stars.. I never leave reviews but I'm particularly inclined to tell others of the poor quality of both the product and the company. The chair is incredibly cheaply made. It arrived already falling completely apart. The entire arm rest wobbles several inches from side to side like it's going to snap off at any moment. You cannot put any weight onto it and even just looking at it, you can see how large of a gap there is between the arm rest and the seat. I wouldn't even pay 50 dollars for this chair, even if it didn't arrive already broken. The condition of the chair shows very clearly how poorly it is made and that it won't hold up to any wear and tear, especially wear and tear of using as a nursing chair supporting moms and babies/toddlers. This is the cream color and it definitely has a yellow tint to it, which I hate. The only thing I like about the chair is the fabric softness. We contacted the company the day it arrived. They refuse to give us a refund without us paying for both return shipping AND at least a 20% restocking fee. Both of those costs combined would be an incredible loss of money for us as consumers. This policy just goes to show they don't stand by the quality of their product and the policy is outlined like this to save their butts. We absolutely did not want another chair of this horrible quality sent to us but that was the only option and we still have to go through the hassle of sending this one back. Spend a little bit more money for a higher quality chair, because this one is a complete waste of money.
