I normally don't leave any reviews; however, after being brushed off by Bestway's (manufacturer) customer service, I thought I should provide this feedback. I agree with the sentiment of the other 1-star rating. The design is solid, and the inflatable portion of this park is pretty great. Unfortunately, the water slide is cheaply built, and can't withstand small children (mine are 3 and 5) falling onto it more than a few times this summer. The tear occurred along a seam. Bestway's response is this part isn't covered under warranty. It was used a dozen times just over the past couple months.
