The Bidet turned out to be defective. It leaked from the tube, the body of the Bidet, and in about 3 hours time when i was away it flooded my bathroom which then spilled over downstairs in the kitchen and sunroom requiring to repair the dry wall ceiling and the floor of the sunroom, a nightmare. The plumber determined that the product was defective as there were no problems at the joints/ washers, when it was rested, there was clear water oozing out from the tube an inch below the joint of the spout. 😞
