Very disappointing DVD.
I was so looking forward to this DVD. When I got it I was so very disappointed. Throughout the DVD they are advertising and trying to sell there other products. The selling of things is very distracting and it definitely puts a damper on the entire work out. I wish they would have stuck to just the work out. It would have been a nice addition to all the other activities I do. I returned it.
