No response from customer service
I ordered this machine in OCT 2019. Since then I have had a few questions about the arcade. Before buying the machine the owner communicated openly with me, but after buying the machine I've received no responses to my email questions. I would also have to say I'm disappointed with the game menu selection screen as well. Compared to the Extreme Home Arcade machines lively/colorful menus, Prime Arcade is extremely bare-bones.
