I thought this case was super cute and couldn't wait to put it on my phone. The installation is pretty hard to do mostly because when it comes in the shipping package from the warehouse it's asssembled with styrophome in the shape of a phone inside it, so you have to actually unassemble the case before you can put it on your phone. I was worried the entire time that I was going to break the screen protector because it's flimsy plastic. The second you get the front screen protector on you'll notice an oily film on the inside of the screen protector. I then spent the next 30 minutes trying to get the dang thing unassembled and off my phone so I could wipe down the inside of the screen protector thinking maybe I had accidentally touched it before installing it on my phone. I finally got it off, and wiped it down, put it back on my phone and the oily sheen is still there. Anytime your screen is dark, looking at something with a dark background you will see the oily sheen and it will distract you. It's like the oily shimmery stain you see when an oil leak has happened on pavement, only it's on your phones screen. Not only is the screen protector garbage, it gets fingerprint smudges instantly and no amount of wiping off with screen cleaners either wet or dry will clean it off. On top of all that, less than a day after installing it I started noticing small gouges in it. I don't mistreat my phone, I've had it for several months now with no screen protector on it and it's been fine. I figured since the screen protector was so horribile I would just take it off and keep just the case part on my phone. That doesn't work because the screen protector is big and bulky and is the only thing keeping the case on your phone. Do yourself a favor a buy a screen protector and phone case separately. I literally got this case on Monday, it's now Thursday and I've already ordered a new case and screen protector because I couldn't stand the crappy screen protector part.
