I've had an OtterBox Symmetry case on multiple phones and never had an issue until this one. I dropped my phone on a sidewalk Saturday night from a CROUCHING position, so I was no more than 3-4 feet above the concrete ground, and the screen shattered. This case did nothing to protect my phone. It was my first time actually dropping the phone in this type of case. Now I have to pay $175 to get it fixed with an insurance deductible. I wish I would've gotten a $5 case seeing as the protection would've been the same. :(
